About Jenny Davis Yoga Relaxation Meditation

Jenny found out about the joys and benefits of Yoga and Meditation in her early teenage years and from that time on she has continued to make Yoga an integral part of her life. After personally experiencing and studying a variety of yoga styles over the years (Iyenga, Hatha, Integral Satyananda and Power), Jenny chose to study Integral Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation under Indian Guru, Swami Sarasvati, at her Ashram in Kenthurst, Sydney and in 1998 Jenny qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the Sarasvati Yoga Society and International Yoga Masters Association. In early 1999, Jenny established her own Yoga and Meditation teaching business and began running yoga classes at local gyms and holistic health centres as well as privately running sessions from her home in Parramatta. In 2012, Jenny built and opened her own Yoga Studio, Om Padma Shanti, in Parramatta, Sydney where she is now able to offer a wide program of Yoga classes, workshops and Meditation services. She continues to run Yoga classes at gyms, fitness centres and in the community.
